Rule 41

Appointment of Land Reform Officers To implement the

Act and these rules, the Government of Nepal will appoint one district land reform officer for each district and other necessary staff to assist such officer in various tasks. In the district where land reform officer has not been appointed, any officer of the same district can be appointed to act as land reform officer.
